You may request deletion inside Ripple. If you cannot access the app, you may submit a verified request by email. Do not send your password or verification code.
Request Deletion
In Ripple, open Me, enter Settings and account-security controls, choose Delete Account, review the consequences and confirm the request. The exact labels may vary slightly by app version or language.
If you cannot sign in, email kisschou@gmail.com with the subject “Ripple Account Deletion Request” and include the Ripple ID and login email for the account. Ripple may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Cooling-Off Period
Ripple normally applies a seven-day cooling-off period, or the period displayed when the request is submitted. The account is hidden from discovery and social interaction while deletion is pending. Signing in and choosing to cancel the request during the cooling-off period may restore the account. After deletion is executed, restoration is not supported.
What Is Deleted
When deletion is executed, Ripple removes or de-identifies the account profile, avatar and photo-wall media, social relationships, Moments, likes and comments, conversation and message data, gameplay data, push subscriptions and other product data associated with the account. Deletion from active systems begins promptly; copies in rolling backups and provider caches expire through their normal secure lifecycle.
What May Remain
Ripple may retain the minimum records required for app-store transactions, refunds, chargebacks, tax and accounting, creator payouts, fraud and security investigations, reports and enforcement, legal claims, consent records and proof that the deletion request was completed. Retained records are access-restricted, used only for these purposes and are not restored as a social profile.
Deletion may be delayed while the account has an unresolved payout, negative balance, chargeback, financial support ticket, safety investigation or legal preservation requirement. Ripple will explain the applicable blocker where permitted.
Subscriptions and Balances
Deleting Ripple does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage Apple subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions and Google Play subscriptions at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions before deleting the account.
Unused Coins and promotional balances cease to be usable when deletion completes and are not redeemable for cash except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Eligible creator earnings must be resolved under the Creator Payout Policy before deletion can complete.
