Creator Agreement

Terms for approved participants in Ripple's Creator Program.

OperatorRipple is operated by an individual developer and service operator. Formal notices may be sent to kisschou@gmail.com.
Ripple Creator and recipient program

This Agreement applies only after Ripple marks an account as eligible to receive withdrawable earnings. Ordinary users may receive gifts without automatically becoming approved creators or acquiring a right to payout. Eligibility may depend on age, country, identity verification, tax information, supported payout channels, account standing and the rules displayed when enrollment or withdrawal is requested.

Coins paid by a sender are separate from recipient earnings. The earning percentage may be configured per gift or eligible paid interaction and is calculated from the qualifying value recorded by Ripple, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud review and applicable deductions. Creators must not self-gift, coordinate circular gifting, pressure users to pay, promise off-platform benefits, manipulate calls or use another person's identity.

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

Last Updated: October 18, 2026

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Service's Creator Program and the commercial relationship between the Service operator (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and an individual or entity approved to participate as a Creator (“Creator”, “you”, or “your”).

By applying for, accepting, or participating in the Creator Program, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Creator Payout Policy, and all other applicable policies of the Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the Creator Program.

1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement:

“Creator Program” means the Platform's program through which eligible users may receive compensation or other benefits based on qualifying activity, Gifts, or other monetization mechanisms.

“Creator” means an individual or entity approved by the Platform to participate in the Creator Program.

“User” means an individual who accesses or uses the Service.

“Coins” means virtual currency used within the Service.

“Gift” means a virtual gift or other digital item sent by a User through the Service.

“Creator Earnings” means amounts credited or calculated in favor of a Creator under the applicable Creator Payout Policy, after applicable adjustments.

“Payout” means an amount actually paid or made available to an eligible Creator through an approved payout method.

“Payout Period” means the applicable period used to calculate Creator Earnings and Payouts.

“Eligible Activity” means activity that qualifies for Creator compensation under the applicable commercial rules.

2. CREATOR PROGRAM

The Creator Program is designed to enable eligible users to participate in social, communication, entertainment, and other permitted activities while potentially receiving compensation based on qualifying activity.

Participation in the Creator Program is not guaranteed.

The Platform may:

approve or reject applications;

establish eligibility requirements;

require identity or age verification;

require additional information;

impose account or feature restrictions;

establish minimum activity requirements;

establish geographic or jurisdictional limitations;

suspend or terminate Creator participation.

Approval as a Creator does not guarantee any minimum income, number of Users, number of Gifts, number of interactions, or number of Payouts.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To participate as a Creator, you must satisfy the eligibility requirements applicable to your country, account, and Creator category.

Requirements may include:

meeting the applicable minimum age;

maintaining an account in good standing;

completing identity verification where required;

providing accurate payment information;

providing required tax information;

satisfying applicable compliance requirements;

complying with the Community Guidelines;

complying with applicable laws.

The Platform may impose additional requirements for particular Creator categories.

4. ADULT CREATOR REQUIREMENT

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a legally permitted product category, Creator participation is restricted to persons who meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

For the standard Creator Program, the minimum age is 18 years old.

A Creator must not permit another person, including a minor, to operate the Creator account on the Creator's behalf where such conduct would violate applicable law or Platform policy.

5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

The Platform may require a Creator to provide information reasonably necessary to verify:

identity;

age;

country or region;

payment eligibility;

tax status;

account ownership;

compliance with applicable law.

Verification may be conducted directly by the Platform or through an authorized third-party verification provider.

The Platform may refuse or suspend Creator participation where required verification cannot be completed.

Information collected for verification is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You must provide accurate and current information.

You must not knowingly provide false or misleading information concerning:

your identity;

age;

location;

payment information;

tax information;

ownership of the Creator account;

Unless expressly authorized by the Platform, you must not:

sell your Creator account;

rent your Creator account;

transfer your Creator account;

permit another person to operate your account;

operate another person's Creator account.

The Platform may require additional authentication or verification to protect Creator accounts.

8. CREATOR CONTENT

Creators may upload or transmit content including:

photographs;

videos;

text;

audio;

voice messages;

livestream or interactive content where available;

profile information;

other permitted digital content.

All Creator Content must comply with:

the Terms of Service;

Community Guidelines;

applicable law;

applicable intellectual-property rights;

applicable payment-provider requirements;

applicable app-store requirements.

9. AUTHENTICITY

Creators are expected to communicate honestly with Users.

Creators must not deliberately create a materially false identity for the purpose of fraud or financial exploitation.

Prohibited conduct includes:

impersonating another real person;

using another person's identity without authorization;

using stolen photographs;

falsely claiming to represent an organization;

falsely claiming to be a public figure;

falsely claiming to have a professional qualification;

deliberately concealing a material fact for the purpose of financial fraud.

Ordinary privacy choices, stage names, nicknames, or reasonable profile presentation do not by themselves constitute prohibited impersonation.

10. RELATIONSHIPS WITH USERS

Creators may communicate socially, romantically, or conversationally with Users where permitted by the Service.

A Creator's participation does not create an obligation to:

meet a User offline;

enter a romantic relationship;

provide personal contact information;

continue a conversation;

provide services outside the Service.

Creators must respect Users' boundaries and must not use threats, coercion, harassment, or manipulation to obtain Gifts or other benefits.

11. GIFTS AND CREATOR EARNINGS

Users may send Gifts to eligible Creators using Coins.

A Creator may become eligible for compensation associated with qualifying Gifts or other eligible activity.

However:

The value of Coins purchased by a User is not necessarily equal to the amount paid to a Creator.

Creator compensation may be affected by:

the applicable Creator revenue-share structure;

Platform fees;

payment processing costs;

refunds;

chargebacks;

promotional adjustments;

taxes;

withholding;

fraud adjustments;

regulatory requirements;

other adjustments described in the Creator Payout Policy.

12. CREATOR PAYOUT POLICY

The applicable calculation methodology, payout rates, thresholds, schedules, supported payout methods, and adjustment mechanisms are governed by the Creator Payout Policy.

The Creator Payout Policy may establish:

qualifying activity;

payout rates;

revenue-share percentages;

minimum payout thresholds;

payout periods;

payout dates;

supported payout methods;

currency conversion rules;

applicable fees;

reserves;

refunds and chargeback adjustments;

fraud adjustments;

tax treatment.

The Platform may update the Creator Payout Policy prospectively in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

13. NO GUARANTEED INCOME

The Creator Program does not guarantee any minimum amount of income.

The amount a Creator may earn depends on factors including:

User activity;

Gifts;

interactions;

Creator availability;

engagement;

geographic demand;

applicable pricing;

promotions;

Platform policies;

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud prevention measures.

The Platform does not guarantee that participation will produce any particular financial result.

14. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR TAXES

Creators are responsible for complying with tax obligations applicable to their income.

Depending on the Creator's jurisdiction and circumstances, the Platform may be required to:

collect tax information;

verify tax identification;

withhold taxes;

issue tax forms or statements;

report payments to tax authorities;

restrict payouts until required information is provided.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate tax information.

The Platform does not provide individualized tax advice.

Creators should obtain independent professional advice where necessary.

15. PAYMENT INFORMATION

A Creator must provide accurate payout information through an approved payout method.

Supported payout methods may include, depending on jurisdiction:

bank transfer;

authorized payment providers;

other payment methods made available by the Platform.

The Platform may require additional verification before processing a payout.

The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the Creator.

16. MINIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLD

The Platform may establish a minimum amount that must be reached before a payout can be processed.

The applicable threshold will be described in the Creator Payout Policy or Creator dashboard.

Amounts below the applicable threshold may remain pending until:

the threshold is reached;

the account is closed;

another applicable payout event occurs;

applicable law requires a different treatment.

17. PAYOUT PROCESSING

Payouts may be processed according to the applicable payout schedule.

A payout may be delayed where reasonably necessary to:

verify identity;

verify payment information;

investigate fraud;

resolve a dispute;

process a refund;

account for chargebacks;

satisfy tax obligations;

satisfy legal or regulatory requirements;

protect the Platform or its Users.

A payout being placed under review does not necessarily mean that the Creator has violated any policy.

18. RESERVES AND HOLD PERIODS

The Platform may apply reasonable reserves or hold periods to Creator Earnings where necessary to account for:

refunds;

chargebacks;

payment reversals;

fraud;

transaction disputes;

technical errors;

regulatory requirements.

Any applicable reserve or hold mechanism will be described in the Creator Payout Policy or relevant Creator documentation.

The Platform will not use a reserve mechanism as a means of permanently withholding valid earnings without a contractual or legal basis.

19. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACK ADJUSTMENTS

Creator Earnings may be adjusted where the underlying User transaction is:

refunded;

reversed;

charged back;

fraudulent;

unauthorized;

cancelled where legally permitted;

affected by a payment error.

Where Creator Earnings have already been paid and the underlying transaction is subsequently reversed, the Platform may offset the applicable amount against future eligible earnings where permitted by law.

The Platform may provide reasonable transaction information concerning such adjustments.

20. FRAUDULENT GIFTS

Creators must not knowingly accept or encourage Gifts obtained through:

stolen payment methods;

account takeover;

fraudulent transactions;

unauthorized payments;

technical exploitation;

deceptive payment activity.

The Platform may withhold or reverse compensation associated with transactions reasonably determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

21. SELF-GIFTING

Creators must not manipulate Creator Earnings by sending Gifts to themselves through:

another account they control;

a related account;

a coordinated account;

an account operated on their behalf.

Creators must not arrange artificial reciprocal Gifts for the purpose of increasing earnings, rankings, or other Platform benefits.

22. ARTIFICIAL ENGAGEMENT

Creators must not artificially manipulate:

views;

messages;

calls;

Gifts;

followers;

matches;

engagement;

rankings;

referral activity;

Creator earnings.

This includes using:

bots;

automated accounts;

purchased fake engagement;

coordinated fraudulent accounts;

unauthorized automation;

other deceptive methods.

23. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

The Platform may permit a person to maintain more than one account in limited circumstances.

However, Creators must not create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of:

manipulating Creator earnings;

avoiding enforcement;

self-gifting;

manipulating rankings;

abusing promotions;

circumventing account restrictions.

The Platform may consolidate or investigate related accounts where reasonably necessary.

24. PROHIBITED FINANCIAL SOLICITATION

Creators must not use the Creator Program to operate deceptive financial schemes.

Prohibited conduct includes:

guaranteed investment returns;

fake investment opportunities;

fake loans;

cryptocurrency investment schemes;

requests for private keys;

requests for recovery phrases;

requests for passwords;

requests for authentication codes;

deceptive advance-fee requests;

fabricated emergencies intended to obtain money.

Creators must not represent themselves as financial professionals or institutions unless they are legally authorized to make such representations and the representation is accurate.

25. EXTERNAL PAYMENTS

Creators must not deliberately move Users outside the Service for the purpose of circumventing Platform payment systems where such circumvention is prohibited by Platform policy.

Examples include directing Users to:

unauthorized payment accounts;

unauthorized Coin sellers;

unauthorized Gift transactions;

fraudulent payment links;

payment methods designed to evade Platform fees or safety controls.

Nothing in this section prohibits lawful personal communication or legitimate commercial activity that the Platform expressly permits.

26. OFF-PLATFORM RELATIONSHIPS

Creators and Users may independently choose to communicate outside the Service.

However, Creators remain responsible for conduct that violates this Agreement or other applicable Platform policies when such conduct is directly connected to Creator participation.

The Platform does not generally monitor personal activity that occurs entirely outside its systems.

27. SEXUAL CONTENT AND ADULT CONDUCT

Creators must comply with the Service's restrictions concerning sexual content and adult interaction.

Creators must not engage in:

sexual exploitation;

sexual coercion;

sexual blackmail;

non-consensual intimate content;

sexual conduct involving minors;

commercial sexual exploitation;

trafficking;

prohibited explicit content.

The Platform may apply additional restrictions to Creator content because of app-store, payment-provider, legal, or safety requirements.

28. MINORS

Creators must never use the Creator Program to engage in sexual or exploitative interaction with minors.

A Creator who becomes aware that a User may be under the applicable minimum age should report the concern through the appropriate safety channel.

The Platform may suspend or terminate Creator access where credible information indicates a serious age-related safety risk.

29. HARASSMENT AND MANIPULATION

Creators must not use:

threats;

intimidation;

blackmail;

emotional coercion;

stalking;

persistent unwanted contact;

deliberate humiliation;

to obtain Coins, Gifts, payments, or other benefits.

Creators may communicate affectionately or romantically where permitted, but must not deliberately use deception or coercion for financial exploitation.

30. CONTENT RIGHTS

The Creator represents that they have the necessary rights to upload and use Creator Content.

The Creator must not upload content that infringes another person's:

copyright;

trademark;

privacy rights;

publicity rights;

contractual rights;

other legally protected rights.

31. LICENSE TO THE PLATFORM

To operate the Service, the Creator grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, distribute, adapt, format, and otherwise use Creator Content as reasonably necessary to:

operate the Service;

provide Creator features;

display Creator profiles;

facilitate matching and discovery;

provide recommendations;

process communications;

promote the Service;

maintain security;

moderate content;

improve Service functionality.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and thereafter only to the extent necessary for legitimate legal, security, archival, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes, subject to applicable law.

32. CREATOR NAME AND PROFILE

The Creator authorizes the Platform to display relevant Creator profile information within the Service.

Where expressly permitted by the applicable product terms, the Platform may also use Creator name, profile image, and publicly available Creator content to promote the Service.

The Platform will not interpret this section as granting rights beyond those reasonably necessary for operating or promoting the Service.

33. CONTENT MODERATION

The Platform may review or moderate Creator Content using:

automated systems;

AI-assisted systems;

human moderators;

user reports;

safety signals;

fraud detection systems.

The Platform may remove, restrict, or limit content that violates applicable policies or law.

Moderation does not guarantee that every violation will be detected.

34. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

The Creator remains responsible for Creator Content and conduct associated with the Creator account.

The Platform does not adopt or endorse statements made by Creators.

Creator opinions, statements, and representations do not necessarily reflect the views of the Platform.

35. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

A Creator must not misuse confidential information obtained through participation in the Creator Program.

Confidential information may include:

non-public Platform business information;

payout formulas not publicly disclosed;

internal moderation systems;

security information;

confidential User information;

non-public product information.

This obligation does not prevent lawful reporting to regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where protected by applicable law.

36. USER PRIVACY

Creators must respect User privacy.

Creators must not:

sell User information;

publish private User information;

collect unnecessary financial credentials;

request passwords;

request private keys;

distribute private conversations without authorization;

use User information for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Creators must comply with applicable privacy laws and Platform policies.

37. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Creators are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Creators should immediately notify the Platform if they suspect:

account compromise;

unauthorized login;

unauthorized payout changes;

suspicious activity.

The Platform may temporarily restrict Creator functionality while investigating a security incident.

38. CREATOR TOOLS

The Platform may provide Creators with tools for:

profile management;

communication;

content publishing;

Gift tracking;

earnings information;

payout management;

analytics;

moderation;

account security.

The availability of any Creator tool may vary by account, location, product version, or eligibility.

39. ANALYTICS AND ESTIMATED EARNINGS

Creator dashboards may display estimated or provisional information.

Displayed earnings may not represent final payable amounts until applicable:

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud checks;

adjustments;

taxes;

fees;

payout processing

have been accounted for.

The Platform's final transaction records will generally govern calculation of payable earnings, subject to correction of demonstrated errors and applicable law.

40. CREATOR DISPUTES

If a Creator believes that an earnings calculation or payout is incorrect, the Creator should contact Creator Support within the applicable dispute period specified in the Creator Payout Policy.

The Creator should provide:

account information;

relevant transaction identifiers;

relevant dates;

explanation of the alleged error;

supporting evidence where available.

The Platform may investigate the relevant transaction records.

41. COMPLIANCE INVESTIGATIONS

The Platform may investigate suspected:

fraud;

payment abuse;

account manipulation;

identity fraud;

artificial engagement;

policy violations;

illegal activity;

security incidents.

Creators must provide reasonable cooperation where legally required.

The Platform will not require a Creator to provide passwords or other authentication credentials as a condition of an ordinary investigation.

42. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

The Platform may temporarily suspend Creator privileges where reasonably necessary to:

protect Users;

prevent fraud;

investigate suspicious activity;

comply with legal obligations;

protect payment systems;

protect Platform security;

prevent further policy violations.

Suspension may affect:

new Gifts;

Creator features;

messaging;

withdrawals;

payouts;

discovery;

other Creator functionality.

Where appropriate, the Platform may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

43. WITHHOLDING OF PAYOUTS

The Platform may temporarily withhold pending payouts where there is a reasonable basis to investigate:

fraud;

payment reversals;

chargebacks;

identity concerns;

tax issues;

unauthorized transactions;

account compromise;

legal or regulatory requirements.

A payout hold should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and subject to applicable law.

44. TERMINATION

The Creator or Platform may terminate Creator participation in accordance with this Agreement.

The Platform may terminate participation immediately where permitted by law if the Creator:

engages in serious fraud;

commits serious safety violations;

involves minors in prohibited conduct;

engages in financial exploitation;

repeatedly violates Platform policies;

manipulates Creator earnings;

uses stolen payment methods;

materially misrepresents identity;

engages in unlawful conduct;

materially breaches this Agreement.

45. EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Following termination:

Creator features may be disabled;

the Creator may no longer receive new Creator benefits;

pending earnings may be reviewed;

legitimate payable earnings may be processed subject to applicable adjustments;

unlawful or fraudulent earnings may be withheld or reversed where permitted by law;

access to Creator tools may be removed.

Termination does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

46. OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS

Where a Creator is entitled to a valid outstanding payout following termination, the Platform may process that payout after completing any reasonably necessary:

fraud review;

chargeback review;

identity verification;

tax verification;

legal compliance review.

The applicable Creator Payout Policy will govern the calculation and timing.

47. CREATOR APPEALS

Where Creator privileges are restricted or terminated, the Platform may provide an appeal process.

An appeal should identify:

the Creator account;

the action being challenged;

the reason the Creator believes the action was incorrect;

relevant evidence.

The Platform may consider new evidence provided through the appeal process.

Certain safety or fraud restrictions may remain in effect during review.

48. INDEPENDENT STATUS

Unless separately agreed in writing, participation in the Creator Program does not create:

an employment relationship;

a partnership;

a joint venture;

an agency relationship;

a franchise relationship.

Creators generally control their own availability and personal activities, subject to Platform rules and the terms of the Creator Program.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive any mandatory employment, worker-classification, tax, or other legal rights that may apply under local law.

49. CREATOR EXPENSES

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Creators are responsible for their own expenses associated with participation in the Creator Program.

These may include:

equipment;

unlawful conduct;

material breach of this Agreement;

infringement of third-party rights;

fraudulent activity;

intentional misuse of the Creator Program.

Nothing in this section requires a Creator to indemnify the Platform for matters caused by the Platform's own unlawful conduct or where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

52. LIMITATION OF PLATFORM LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not responsible for:

the amount of income a Creator expects but does not receive;

User decisions to send or not send Gifts;

changes in User activity;

third-party payment delays;

Creator's personal expenses;

tax liabilities arising from Creator income;

losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the Creator.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

53. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS CREATOR ACCESS

The Platform may change, suspend, or discontinue Creator features.

No Creator is guaranteed permanent participation in the Creator Program.

Where required by applicable law or contract, the Platform will provide applicable notice or remedies.

54. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

The Platform may update this Agreement to reflect:

changes to the Creator Program;

new monetization mechanisms;

changes in law;

payment-provider requirements;

safety requirements;

app-store requirements;

changes in business operations.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required.

Continued participation after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy Policy;

Community Guidelines;

Virtual Currency Terms;

Subscription Terms;
