Creator Payout Policy

How eligible Creator Earnings are calculated, reviewed, and paid.

OperatorRipple is operated by an individual developer and service operator. Formal notices may be sent to kisschou@gmail.com.
How Ripple earnings work

Ripple keeps a separate earnings ledger for qualifying gifts and other eligible paid interactions. Gift earnings use the percentage configured for the specific gift. For metered calls, the caller may be charged for each started minute while recipient earnings, if offered, may count only completed eligible minutes. The exact rate, eligible events, minimum payout, fees and settlement schedule are those displayed in Ripple for the recipient's country and payout channel.

An earnings entry may remain pending while Ripple checks delivery, refunds, chargebacks, duplicated events, self-dealing, automation, collusion or other abuse. Withdrawal requires a supported country and channel, an account in good standing, required identity and tax information, and satisfaction of the displayed threshold. Coins, promotional rewards, popularity, affection and match scores are not withdrawable earnings.

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

Last Updated: October 18, 2026

This Creator Payout Policy (“Payout Policy”) establishes the rules governing the calculation, adjustment, approval, and payment of earnings to eligible Creators participating in the Service's Creator Program.

This Payout Policy forms part of the Creator Agreement.

By participating in the Creator Program or receiving Creator Earnings, you agree to this Payout Policy, subject to any mandatory rights applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Payout Policy is to explain how Creator Earnings are calculated and how eligible earnings may become available for payout.

The policy covers:

Creator Earnings;

Gifts;

qualifying activity;

revenue sharing;

pending balances;

available balances;

payout thresholds;

payout schedules;

payment methods;

fees;

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud adjustments;

reserves;

taxes;

currency conversion;

account suspension;

account termination;

payout disputes.

2. KEY PRINCIPLE

A User's purchase of Coins does not automatically represent an equivalent cash payment to a Creator.

The general commercial flow is:

User purchases Coins → User uses Coins within the Service → User sends an eligible Gift or uses an eligible Creator-related feature → qualifying activity is recorded → Creator Earnings are calculated → applicable adjustments are applied → eligible balance becomes available for payout → Creator receives payout through an approved payment method.

The exact economic treatment may vary by feature and is determined by the applicable commercial rules.

3. DEFINITIONS

For this Payout Policy:

“Creator Earnings” means the amount provisionally or finally credited to a Creator based on qualifying activity.

“Pending Earnings” means earnings that have been recorded but are not yet eligible for withdrawal.

“Available Balance” means the portion of Creator Earnings that has passed applicable processing, risk, refund, and compliance checks and is eligible for payout.

“Payout” means a payment made to an eligible Creator.

“Gift Value” means the internal value assigned to an eligible Virtual Gift for purposes of the Platform's Creator accounting system.

“Revenue Share” means the applicable portion of qualifying revenue allocated to an eligible Creator.

“Payout Period” means the period used by the Platform to calculate and process Creator Earnings.

“Reserve” means an amount temporarily retained to account for reasonably anticipated refunds, chargebacks, fraud, disputes, or other applicable risks.

4. ELIGIBILITY FOR PAYOUTS

A Creator must satisfy all applicable requirements before a payout can be processed.

Requirements may include:

valid Creator status;

account in good standing;

minimum applicable age;

completed identity verification where required;

valid payout information;

valid tax information where required;

compliance with the Creator Agreement;

compliance with Community Guidelines;

compliance with applicable laws;

satisfaction of minimum payout requirements.

The Platform may restrict payout functionality where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

5. QUALIFYING CREATOR ACTIVITY

Creator Earnings may arise from qualifying activities designated by the Platform.

Depending on the product and applicable commercial model, qualifying activity may include:

eligible Virtual Gifts;

eligible paid interactions;

qualifying calls;

qualifying Creator services;

approved promotional programs;

other monetization mechanisms expressly designated by the Platform.

Not every User interaction creates Creator compensation.

6. VIRTUAL GIFTS

Where the Service permits Users to send Virtual Gifts to Creators, qualifying Gifts may generate Creator Earnings.

The applicable Gift may have:

a Coin cost to the User;

an internal Gift Value;

an applicable Creator Revenue Share;

applicable fees or adjustments.

The Creator does not necessarily receive the cash equivalent of the number of Coins spent by the User.

7. CREATOR REVENUE SHARE

The Platform may allocate a defined portion of qualifying revenue or Gift Value to eligible Creators.

The applicable Revenue Share may vary based on:

Creator category;

feature;

country or region;

promotional program;

campaign;

contractual arrangement;

applicable fees;

payment costs;

applicable taxes;

other commercial conditions.

The applicable Revenue Share may be displayed in the Creator dashboard, Creator Agreement, commercial offer, or other applicable documentation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform does not guarantee that a particular Revenue Share percentage will remain unchanged indefinitely.

8. EXAMPLE CALCULATION

For illustration only, where the applicable commercial rules provide a Creator with a defined percentage of qualifying revenue, a simplified calculation may be:

Qualifying Revenue × Applicable Creator Revenue Share = Preliminary Creator Earnings

The final payable amount may then be affected by:

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud adjustments;

applicable taxes or withholding;

payment fees;

currency conversion;

reserves;

previous overpayments;

other authorized adjustments.

The example above is illustrative and does not establish a permanent Revenue Share percentage.

9. PLATFORM FEES

The Platform may retain amounts necessary to operate and provide the Service.

Depending on the applicable commercial structure, Platform-related costs may include:

payment processing;

app-store commissions;

infrastructure;

fraud prevention;

moderation;

customer support;

technology services;

taxes or legally required remittances;

other operating costs.

The applicable Creator calculation will determine which costs are deducted before or after the Creator Revenue Share is calculated.

10. PAYMENT PROCESSING COSTS

Payment processing costs may arise when Users purchase Coins or when Creator payouts are processed.

The treatment of such costs may depend on:

payment provider;

country;

payment method;

transaction type;

applicable commercial arrangement.

Where a payout fee applies to the Creator, the applicable fee will be disclosed through the relevant Creator payout information where reasonably practicable.

11. PENDING EARNINGS

Creator Earnings may initially appear as Pending Earnings.

Pending status may be used to allow time for:

transaction confirmation;

fraud review;

refund processing;

chargeback risk;

payment settlement;

identity verification;

tax verification;

account-security checks.

Pending Earnings are not necessarily immediately withdrawable.

12. AVAILABLE BALANCE

After applicable processing is completed, eligible earnings may become part of the Creator's Available Balance.

Only Available Balance amounts may generally be requested for payout.

The amount displayed as Available Balance may change where:

a transaction is refunded;

a chargeback occurs;

fraud is identified;

a technical error is corrected;

a tax adjustment is required;

another valid adjustment applies.

13. PAYOUT THRESHOLD

The Platform may establish a minimum payout threshold.

For example:

Minimum Payout Threshold: The amount displayed in the Service when a payout is requested

A Creator whose Available Balance is below the applicable threshold may be required to accumulate additional earnings before requesting a payout.

The Platform may establish different thresholds for different:

countries;

payout methods;

currencies;

Creator categories.

14. PAYOUT FREQUENCY

Payouts may be processed:

weekly;

biweekly;

monthly;

on a scheduled payout date;

upon an eligible Creator request;

according to another schedule displayed in the Creator dashboard.

The applicable payout schedule may vary by country, payment method, Creator category, or risk profile.

15. PAYOUT REQUESTS

Where the Service requires Creators to request a payout, the Creator may request payment of an eligible Available Balance once the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

The Platform may require:

identity verification;

payout-method verification;

tax information;

account-security confirmation;

additional compliance information.

16. AUTOMATIC PAYOUTS

The Platform may offer automatic payouts.

Where automatic payouts are available:

the Platform may initiate a payout when the applicable threshold is reached;

the payout method must remain valid;

applicable fees may apply;

compliance checks may still be required.

Automatic payout availability may vary by jurisdiction and payment provider.

17. SUPPORTED PAYOUT METHODS

Depending on jurisdiction and availability, payout methods may include:

bank transfer;

authorized payment processors;

electronic payment services;

other payout methods made available by the Platform.

The Platform may add or remove payout methods based on:

availability;

payment-provider requirements;

regulatory requirements;

fraud prevention;

operational considerations.

18. ACCURACY OF PAYOUT INFORMATION

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

This may include:

legal name;

bank account details;

payment account information;

tax identification;

country of residence;

other information required by the payment provider.

The Platform is not responsible for payment delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Creator.

19. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS

Creator payouts may be processed through third-party payment providers.

The provider may independently impose:

verification requirements;

transaction limits;

processing times;

currency conversion;

fees;

account restrictions.

The Platform may be unable to control a payment provider's processing decisions.

20. PAYOUT PROCESSING TIME

A payout may require additional processing time after being initiated.

Processing time may depend on:

payment method;

country;

banking system;

payment provider;

weekends and public holidays;

compliance review;

fraud review;

technical circumstances.

A payout being marked as “processed” by the Platform does not necessarily mean that funds have already appeared in the Creator's bank account.

21. CURRENCY

Creator Earnings may be calculated in a designated Platform accounting currency.

Payouts may be made in another currency depending on:

Creator location;

payout method;

payment provider;

bank account;

applicable regulations.

Where currency conversion occurs, the applicable payment provider or Platform conversion methodology may apply.

22. EXCHANGE RATES

Currency conversion may use:

a payment provider's exchange rate;

a banking exchange rate;

a commercially reasonable reference rate;

another disclosed conversion methodology.

Exchange-rate fluctuations may affect the amount received by a Creator.

The Platform does not guarantee a fixed exchange rate unless expressly agreed.

23. REFUNDS

If a User receives a refund relating to a transaction that generated Creator Earnings, the associated Creator Earnings may be adjusted.

Depending on timing, the adjustment may be made against:

Pending Earnings;

Available Balance;

future Creator Earnings;

another amount legally recoverable from the Creator.

The Platform will apply adjustments consistently with applicable law and the Creator Agreement.

24. CHARGEBACKS

A chargeback occurs when a payment is disputed or reversed through a payment provider, bank, card network, or other payment system.

Where a chargeback affects a transaction that generated Creator Earnings, the associated earnings may be reversed or adjusted.

Because chargebacks may occur after an initial transaction has been credited, the Platform may maintain reasonable reserves or apply later adjustments.

25. FRAUD ADJUSTMENTS

Creator Earnings associated with transactions reasonably determined to involve:

stolen payment instruments;

unauthorized account access;

fraudulent transactions;

artificial engagement;

self-gifting;

coordinated manipulation;

technical exploitation;

may be withheld, reversed, or excluded from payout.

The Platform may take reasonable steps to avoid paying out proceeds that resulted from fraudulent activity.

26. SELF-GIFTING

A Creator must not generate artificial earnings by sending Gifts to:

their own account;

another account they control;

an account controlled by an associate;

an account established primarily to generate artificial earnings.

Where such activity is identified, the Platform may:

remove the associated earnings;

reverse the relevant Gifts;

restrict payout access;

suspend Creator privileges;

terminate the Creator account where appropriate.

27. RECIPROCAL OR COORDINATED GIFTING

Creators must not arrange artificial reciprocal Gift activity designed primarily to increase:

Creator Earnings;

rankings;

visibility;

promotional rewards;

account metrics.

The Platform may distinguish legitimate social interaction from coordinated manipulation based on available evidence and circumstances.

28. ARTIFICIAL ENGAGEMENT

Creator Earnings may be excluded or adjusted where they result from:

bots;

automated accounts;

fake accounts;

purchased engagement;

scripted activity;

technical exploitation;

coordinated manipulation;

other artificial activity.

29. ACCOUNT SECURITY EVENTS

Where a Creator account is compromised, the Platform may temporarily suspend payouts while investigating.

This may be necessary to prevent:

unauthorized payout changes;

fraudulent withdrawals;

account takeover;

unauthorized transactions.

The Platform may request reasonable verification before restoring payout access.

30. RESERVES

The Platform may maintain a reasonable reserve against Creator Earnings where necessary to account for foreseeable:

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud;

payment reversals;

disputes;

other transaction risks.

The reserve amount and duration may vary based on relevant risk factors.

A reserve does not automatically mean that the Creator has violated any policy.

31. OVERPAYMENTS

If a Creator receives an amount materially greater than the amount actually owed because of:

technical error;

duplicate payment;

calculation error;

fraud;

payment reversal;

other processing error;

the Platform may correct the relevant balance.

Where permitted by law, the Platform may recover an overpayment through:

deduction from future Creator Earnings;

adjustment of pending balances;

other lawful recovery mechanisms.

The Platform will not treat a good-faith calculation dispute as an intentional overpayment.

32. TAX WITHHOLDING

The Platform may be required to withhold or remit taxes from Creator payments.

Tax treatment may depend on:

Creator location;

legal status;

tax residence;

amount of income;

applicable treaty;

local law;

payment structure.

Where withholding is legally required, the Platform may deduct the applicable amount before payment.

33. TAX DOCUMENTATION

The Platform may require Creators to provide:

tax identification numbers;

tax residence information;

legal name;

business information;

tax forms;

other documentation required by law or payment providers.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in:

payout delays;

withholding;

account restrictions;

inability to participate in the Creator Program.

34. CREATOR TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Creators remain responsible for understanding and satisfying their own tax obligations.

The Platform does not guarantee that a Creator's income will be tax-free or that a particular tax treatment applies.

Creators should seek independent professional tax advice where appropriate.

35. LEGAL AND REGULATORY HOLDS

The Platform may delay or restrict a payout where necessary to comply with:

court orders;

government requests;

sanctions requirements;

anti-fraud requirements;

tax requirements;

lawful regulatory obligations;

payment-provider requirements.

Such restrictions may remain in place for the period reasonably required by the relevant circumstances.

36. PAYOUT REVIEW

A payout may undergo additional review where transaction or account activity presents elevated risk indicators.

Review factors may include:

unusual transaction patterns;

rapid accumulation of Gifts;

unusually high-value transactions;

repeated payment reversals;

multiple linked accounts;

suspicious device or account activity;

abnormal geographic activity;

suspected account compromise.

Risk indicators are not by themselves proof of wrongdoing.

37. CREATOR PAYOUT STATEMENTS

Where available, the Platform may provide Creators with information regarding:

Gifts received;

qualifying activity;

Pending Earnings;

Available Balance;

adjustments;

payouts;

fees;

withholding;

payout status.

Information displayed in the Creator dashboard may be provisional until the relevant settlement period is finalized.

38. PAYOUT DISPUTES

A Creator who believes that a payout calculation contains an error should contact Creator Support.

The Creator should provide:

account information;

payout period;

transaction identifiers;

amount in dispute;

explanation of the alleged error;

supporting information.

The Platform may review relevant internal records and payment information.

39. DISPUTE DEADLINE

The Platform may establish a reasonable period within which payout disputes must be submitted.

Payout Dispute Period: The period displayed in the Service or required by applicable law

This period does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

40. FINALITY OF SETTLEMENT RECORDS

Following completion of a payout period, the Platform's transaction and settlement records will generally constitute the primary record of Creator Earnings.

This does not prevent correction of:

demonstrated calculation errors;

payment reversals;

fraud;

unauthorized transactions;

legally required adjustments.

41. SUSPENDED CREATOR ACCOUNTS

If a Creator account is suspended:

new Creator activity may be restricted;

new Gifts may be disabled;

payouts may be temporarily held;

Pending Earnings may remain under review.

Where legally required, valid earnings unrelated to the alleged violation will be treated according to applicable law.

42. TERMINATED CREATOR ACCOUNTS

Following termination, the Platform may review outstanding earnings before processing a final payout.

The review may account for:

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud;

payment reversals;

overpayments;

taxes;

legal obligations.

Legitimate payable earnings will be handled in accordance with the Creator Agreement and applicable law.

43. FRAUDULENT EARNINGS

The Platform is not required to pay earnings that it reasonably determines resulted from fraudulent or prohibited activity, to the extent permitted by law.

This may include earnings generated through:

stolen payment methods;

fake accounts;

self-gifting;

artificial engagement;

unauthorized transactions;

technical exploitation;

coordinated manipulation.

44. NO GUARANTEED PAYOUT AMOUNT

The Platform does not guarantee a minimum payout amount unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Creator Earnings may vary significantly based on:

User activity;

Gifts;

feature usage;

geographic demand;

Platform pricing;

promotional programs;

refunds;

chargebacks;

applicable adjustments.

45. CHANGES TO PAYOUT RATES

The Platform may change Creator payout rates or commercial structures prospectively.

Changes may be made because of:

changes in Platform economics;

payment-provider costs;

app-store costs;

taxes;

regulatory requirements;

product changes;

fraud risks;

promotional programs;

market conditions.

Where required by law or contract, the Platform will provide appropriate notice before a material change takes effect.

46. SPECIAL CREATOR PROGRAMS

The Platform may establish separate payout structures for:

verified Creators;

agencies;

professional Creators;

promotional campaigns;

new Creator programs;

regional programs;

performance-based programs;

special events.

Additional terms may apply to such programs.

Where a special commercial agreement expressly overrides this Payout Policy, that agreement will govern the applicable commercial terms.

47. AGENCIES AND REPRESENTATIVES

The Platform may permit Creators to participate through an authorized agency or representative structure.

Where applicable:

the agency relationship must be disclosed;

payout arrangements may differ;

tax obligations may differ;

additional verification may apply.

The Platform is not responsible for private payment arrangements between a Creator and an independent agency unless expressly agreed.

48. NO DIRECT PAYMENT OBLIGATION FROM USERS

A User who sends a Gift is not directly paying the Creator in cash unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.

The Platform controls the applicable virtual economy and Creator settlement mechanism.

Creators must not represent a Gift as an ordinary direct cash transfer.

49. NO CASH VALUE OF COINS

Coins purchased by Users do not automatically establish a fixed cash value for Creator payout purposes.

The Creator's compensation is determined under the applicable Creator commercial structure.

Accordingly:

Coins purchased ≠ cash held by the Creator.

Gift sent ≠ guaranteed cash payout of equal value.

50. PAYMENT ERRORS

If the Platform identifies a payment-processing or accounting error, it may correct the affected Creator account.

The Platform will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary harm to Creators caused by technical errors.

51. FORCE MAJEURE AND PAYMENT INTERRUPTIONS

Payouts may be delayed by circumstances outside the Platform's reasonable control, including:

banking interruptions;

payment-provider outages;

infrastructure failures;

cyber incidents;

government restrictions;

sanctions;

natural disasters;

widespread network failures;

other extraordinary events.

The Platform will take reasonable steps to resume normal payout processing.

52. RECORD RETENTION

The Platform may retain payout and transaction records for periods reasonably necessary for:

accounting;

tax compliance;

fraud prevention;

dispute resolution;

legal compliance;

regulatory requirements.

Personal data contained in such records will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

53. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PAYOUT INFORMATION

Creators must not misuse confidential information concerning:

another Creator's private earnings;

non-public payout rates;

internal Platform calculations;

confidential commercial arrangements;

private User transaction information.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful disclosures to regulators, courts, tax authorities, or legal advisers.

54. CONTACT AND SUPPORT

Creators may contact:

Creator Support: kisschou@gmail.com

Payout Support: kisschou@gmail.com

Tax / Compliance: kisschou@gmail.com

Legal: kisschou@gmail.com

When contacting support regarding a payout, Creators should provide the relevant payout or transaction identifier where available.

Creators should never send:

passwords;

authentication codes;

private keys;

cryptocurrency recovery phrases;

to ordinary support channels.

55. RELATIONSHIP WITH CREATOR AGREEMENT

This Payout Policy forms part of the Creator Agreement.

If there is a conflict concerning payout calculation:

a specific written commercial agreement applicable to the Creator may prevail;

the applicable Creator Payout Policy will then govern;

the general Creator Agreement will govern matters not specifically addressed by this Payout Policy.

Mandatory applicable law will prevail where required.

56. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Platform may update this Payout Policy from time to time.

Changes may address:

payout structures;

fees;

payout methods;

tax requirements;

payment providers;

fraud controls;

regulatory requirements;

new Creator features;

changes in the Platform's commercial model.

Where a change materially affects existing Creator rights or compensation, the Platform will provide notice where required by law or contract.

57. MANDATORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Payout Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where local law provides mandatory protections concerning payment, employment status, taxation, contractual rights, or other matters, those protections remain unaffected.

58. FINAL PRINCIPLE

The Creator payout system is designed to provide a transparent mechanism for calculating and paying eligible Creator Earnings while protecting Users, Creators, payment systems, and the Platform against fraud and unauthorized transactions.

The amount ultimately paid to a Creator may differ from the gross value of User activity because of legitimate adjustments including:

refunds;

chargebacks;

fraud;

payment processing;

taxes;

currency conversion;

reserves;

other applicable contractual or legal adjustments.

Creators should rely on their finalized payout records and applicable Creator documentation when determining amounts available for withdrawal.
